Wanted to wear this when it was all sunny and warm outside but lets be realistic: that's not happening anytime soon! So I just wore it around the house instead, haha. I ended up cutting my fringe in again but I got a bit scissor happy, oops! It could be worse... Once when I was 14 my arm slipped while I was cutting my fringe and I accidentally chopped a big chunk right out of the middle, ahaha! Thank god for hairgrips!

How did it get to May?! I swear last month was February... Anyways, these pictures were actually taken in February! I was wondering why I didn't post them... then I saw my arm. Seriously, what on earth am I doing with it? It kind of looks like I'm playing the "stop hitting yourself!" game. But alone! It's been hard to take any blog pictures this week because the weather is so dull and gloomy and there's no good light! Hopefully it'll pick up soon.
Not much to say about my day. Just the usual job searching, housework and sitting on the internet for far too long. Snooze! Hope you've all had a good weekend!

Haircare Favourites: Part 3- Tools.

Babyliss Powerlite Hairdryer*:
 I've needed a new hairdryer for years. I bought my old one simply for the fact I liked the lights on the side about 8 years ago and it really had seen better days (see it here). It still worked but it was on it's last legs! when Hairtrade offered me a chance to review something this was the first thing I thought of because I really needed a new one! I love that it looks all sleek and professional and it dries my hair so much faster than my old one. It's a lot lighter and it makes such a softer sound than any other hairdryer I've heard before; It's more of a "hooooooo" than a "WEEEE!!" (Yep, I just wrote that..) I think it's a bargain! The only problem I have with it is the cool button: It's in a bit of an awkward place and I find myself pressing it by accident a lot!

Tangle Teezer.
I never got the fuss with this because I couldn't see how it would be any different to a normal brush or comb (minus the shape). I was so wrong! I picked this up with a boots voucher I had left over from Christmas a few months ago and haven't even used my old brush since. Honestly it's incredible! I have no idea how it de-tangles my crazy hair but it does... I used to spend so long trying to get knots out of my hair and this thing just brushes them out straight away. IT'S AMAZING. I'm even tempted to buy the cats one...

Since posting my halo plait post a while back I've been lucky enough to receive a few hair related things as gifts or for review so I thought I'd post my current favourites in a little 'series' of hair related posts! Please note that the fact I was sent some of these products isn't going to change my own opinion on them and I will be completely honest!

It's 4:30am and I can't sleep (probably because I took two naps yesterday..) so after browsing all my favourite places to shop I thought I'd do a little wishlist post... if only I had some spare money!

I've pretty much spent all week applying for jobs and doing housework, how dull! I so desperately want to move on with my life and to move out which is pretty much impossible without a job. Sigh! Maybe if I wasn't so painfully shy it would be a lot easier... Does anyone have a magic cure?!

I can't believe this gem of a top is from Asda. Cats! I saw it in Look magazine and hunted it down the next day... The bottom of it is a bit unflattering for me but it doesn't matter when it's tucked into something! Or when it's got cats all over...

I don't think I've mentioned this necklace before; It's a fully working teeny tiny harmonica! Aww! It's really good for breaking awkward silences and annoying people... I think Robbie loves it more than I do though, he ends up playing it while it's still around my neck, haha.
